The Salem Hospital of the Protestant City Mission Heidelberg gGmbH is an academic teaching hospital and cooperation partner of the University of Heidelberg with 238 beds and the main departments: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology/Obstetrics, Urology, and Anesthesiology/Intensive Care Medicine.

We are currently seeking a

Medical Assistant for Gynecology (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Supporting the chief physician and the medical team in all organizational and administrative matters
Scheduling, organizing, and assisting with medical procedures (e.g. minor surgeries) in outpatient clinics
Taking blood samples from patients
Patient management/admission in the hospital information system (HIS)
Handling correspondence and general administrative tasks


Our expectations:
Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
Experience in the field of gynecology is an advantage
Experience in practice management, organization, and quality management
