$35 - $55 per hour
A manufacturer's representative for a wide variety of Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment. We specialize in critical environments (Pressurized Spaces) and Commercial HVAC applications throughout Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia.

Actively seeking a BAS Controls Technician / Specialist to join a manufacturer's representative company that specializes in critical environments (Pressurized Spaces) and Commercial HVAC applications .

This role is responsible for installing, programing, and servicing digital control systems while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This position is generally a Monday to Friday, 40 hour a week job and most days will be spent on job sites in our service area.

Install complete building automation systems (BAS).
~Start up, testing, commissioning and servicing controls projects.
~Modify existing programs and troubleshooting to maintain optimum system operation.
~Verify correct system and control sequence operations.
~Review, modify, and implement programming changes to building automation system to ensure efficient and effective system operations and conformance with standards and guidelines and energy savings.
~Calibrate, repair, and replace building automation system sensing devices to specifications.

2+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or HVAC controls experience
~Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.
