    Job Title: Senior Data Integrity Engineer

    About the Role: As a Senior Data Integrity Engineer, you'll be part of a vibrant data technology team dedicated to developing and implementing enterprise-level data products for business analytics and AI within the Federal government sector, specifically for CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services). Your main focus will be to ensure the reliability, integrity, and efficiency of our data pipelines using the latest technologies and a disciplined software development approach. Collaborating with various teams, you'll design scalable solutions that meet customer needs and demonstrate expertise in data management standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, maintain, and optimize robust data pipelines for handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
    • Create and deploy data quality monitoring frameworks to identify anomalies and errors.
    • Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements and develop scalable solutions.
    • Implement data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
    • Enhance data pipeline performance and reliability through automation and monitoring.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
    • Stay updated on new technologies to improve data pipeline efficiency.
    • Guide junior team members and foster a culture of data reliability and innovation.
    • Seek innovative solutions for data challenges.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines for analytics and AI.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data quality and reliability.
    • Adaptability to changing business environments.
    • Extensive experience working with customers and management to deliver technical solutions.
    • Effective communication skills for issue resolution and product support.
    • Experience in monitoring production jobs and collaborating with IT teams.

    Experience:

    • Over 10 years of IT experience, including 8+ years in senior data reliability roles.
    • Significant experience with modern data ingestion tools and technologies.
    • Proficiency in Collibra, Python, Pyspark, and Databricks.
    • Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud Data integration.
    • Proficiency in UNIX scripting, SQL, and PL/SQL.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Federal government clients, particularly CMS.
    • Knowledge of Big Data and Cloud technologies.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Effective in both independent and team environments.
    • Capable of mentoring and coaching team members.
    • Quick learner with a knack for adapting to new technologies.
    • Familiarity with Finance or Insurance industries.
