The Igm Service GmbH, based in Halle/Saale, is a subsidiary of the GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH and part of the Teupe Group, a medium-sized company group in the fields of scaffolding and lifting technology. Within the Teupe Group, Gesta GmbH is the specialist in industrial scaffolding and primarily works on energy and steel production plants, as well as in the chemical industry.

As a service provider in the field of scaffolding assembly, Igm Service GmbH, with its approximately 120 employees, works in power plants, the chemical industry, steel mills, and shipyards.

To strengthen our team at a power plant in Essenbach, we are looking for a Construction Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the technical and commercial management of scaffolding projects in the industrial sector.
  • You will be the main contact person for our clients on site.
  • You will plan, coordinate, and monitor all processes, as well as the allocation and coordination of our own employees and subcontractors.
  • You will be responsible for the construction site setup, material and equipment planning, and documentation of sitespecific processes.
  • You will conduct training for our employees according to company guidelines.

Your qualifications:

  • You have several years of experience in industrial scaffolding.
  • Ideally, you are a certified scaffolding foreman (m/f/d) or scaffolding
