Permanent Deputy KiTa Management (m/f/d)


The position is
unlimited starting on August 1, 2023 in pay group S 13 according to the provisions of the KAVO with a workload of hours per week.

We are the Catholic Kindertageseinrichtungen Hochstift gem. GmbH and operate 94 kindergartens of different sizes in OWL. We live a practical, cosmopolitan, and modern religious pedagogical approach. As an employer, we see ourselves as a reliable and approachable partner for all life situations.

Your tasks:


  • Empathetically and confidently, you support the KiTa management in clearly defined areas of responsibility. Together, you ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and that pedagogical work is secured in everyday life.
  • Together with all employees, you ensure that the children feel comfortable and that their needs and concerns are taken into account in everyday pedagogical work.
  • With your sense of responsibility, you keep an eye on the employees and consciously promote their strengths together with the KiTa management.
  • You support the KiTa management in concept
