Your future responsibilities

Conducting ticket inspections / ticket checks
Obligation / authorization to collect the increased fare in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the customer in case of customer's willingness to pay
Monitoring and compliance with the general terms and conditions / railway operating regulations
Active customer service by providing information on traffic conditions, fares, and locations, as well as providing assistance in emergencies (first aid)
Security and order services
Surveillance

Your profile

At least B1 level in spoken and written German
Customer and serviceoriented thinking and acting
Previous experience with customers is an advantage, but we also welcome applicants with no previous experience
Proof of expertise according to § 34a of the Trade Regulation Act (can be obtained later)
Public transport training (can be obtained later)
Tariff knowledge training (can be obtained later)
First aid training
