    Are you looking to kickstart your career in Project Management? Do you have a passion for success and a strong drive to excel? Look no further We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Project Manager representatives for Seaman's Mechanical.

    Qualifications:

    • Skilled at overcoming objections and fearlessly embraces challenges.
    • Demonstrates a history of high performance, whether in professional or personal achievements.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
    • Ability to build rapport with both internal and external customers.
    • Ability to work with general office software.
    • Knowledge of mechanical codes.
    • Knowledge of sizing and selecting equipment and materials.
    • Ability to estimate labor requirements.
    • Prior HVAC&R project management experience / knowledge is a plus, but we welcome candidates who possess a history of strong leadership in the field.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with design and estimating of projects.
    • Equipment selections.
    • Conduct meetings with Seaman's Account Managers, Installation Leadsmen, GC's and customers.
    • Coordinate with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and others.
    • Prepare and follow up on construction / installation schedules.
    • Ensure projects are kept on schedule and completed within budget.
    • Stay up to date with market changes, industry conditions, and new technology.
    • Continuously improve your skills through ongoing learning and development.
