- Communicate Wanzek's beliefs throughout the organization
- Promote a quality workmanship culture in the field
- Develop operational policies for safety, performance, and profitability
- Monitor key metrics and develop operational strategies
- Manage budgets and coordinate materials for ongoing operations
- Establish field goals and benchmarks, resolving related issues
- Implement best practices for improved operational efficiency
- Develop workforce plans for projects with key employees and training needs
- Oversee HR procedures, lead investigations, and provide performance feedback
- Complete Performance Evaluations and manage field supervision
- Complete performance evaluations for direct reports
- Cross-train staff for versatility between different areas
- ASQ or Wanzek's Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
- Bachelor's degree or high-level supervisory experience
- Construction experience is a plus
- Focus on health and safety
- Apply quality and continuous improvement principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Read and interpret technical documents
- Effectively communicate and build relationships
- Practical problem-solving skills
- Basic algebra, statistics, and geometry knowledge
