Ideally, the position will be based in Fargo, ND or Madison, WI but can be fully remote for the right candidate .

You will be a part of the global marketing team and report to the Sr. Director, Global Marketing .You will be responsible for supporting demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns by measuring and evaluating performance and optimizing tactical deployment.
The Sr.Manager, Marketing Operations will own the marketing digital marketing function and the technology stack, working in conjunction with Commercial Enablement and IT, to help improve and optimize productivity and campaign performance.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Campaign Performance Management – Assist in developing measurable goals for each campaign/initiative.
Monitor and report performance, develop insights, and make recommendations for optimizing lead generation and funnel management across MQL/SQL conversion, content and channel utilization, A/B testing, etc.
Keep all dashboards, bowlers, and other tracking mechanisms up to date.Marketing Process Management – Identify, design, and/or maintain scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more efficient in their daily work and drive alignment within the department and across functions.
Implement and manage the marketing portions of the Danaher Marketing, Advertising, Promotion, Sales, Support (MAPSS) process ensuring only the most up-to-date, approved material is being shared with internal and external stakeholders.
Marketing Excellence – Champion adherence to best practices through the use of Transformative Marketing playbooks, methods, and concepts. Drive continuous improvement around segmentation/personas, key differentiators/unique selling proposition, and other critical marketing concepts.Campaign Deployment – Manage a team including creative design, digital marketing, and traffic management to deploy and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.
Lead and Data Management – Working closely with Commercial Enablement and Inside Sales, support marketing and sales goals by maintaining lead management process, ensuring data is accurately passed from marketing automation to client relations management system with appropriate reporting.
Own, maintain, and improve marketing tech stack.The essential requirements for this job include:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar discipline, advanced degree is a plus.
7+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment, preferably within the life science or biotech industry designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
Proven experience with digital marketing and key marketing technology platforms (marketing automation systems, digital asset managers, content management systems such as Adobe Marketing Cloud )5+ year of leadership experience working cross functionally in a matrix environment with the desire to train and mentor a team.
Ability to travel 15 %Must be process oriented with a track record of defining, installing, and maintaining successful processes.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
