What You Will Do:


As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of demand planning, distribution, customer service, inventory management, and operational excellence for the DACH region.

You will work closely with the commercial regional head and local business leaders to drive performance and cost efficiencies through the Integrated Business Planning process.

Your role will also involve aligning with global corporate objectives and leading transformation activities.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead the regional supply chain, customer service, warehousing, loaner management, and distribution teams to ensure targets are met and processes are running efficiently.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute customercentric supply chain strategies that provide a competitive advantage.
  • Foster talent development and retention within the region and across functions.
  • Oversee the execution of transformation programs and projects related to processes, people, footprint, and technology.
  • Ensure accurate demand planning to meet sales and service objectives in the Emerging Markets Region.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure departmental procedures comply with quality and compliance requirements.
