With approximately 300 employees, we are a reliable and high-performing partner in the field of infrastructure construction for Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia.

Our core competencies lie in pipeline and cable construction, telecommunications construction, as well as road and civil engineering.

We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for our administration in Dortmund.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent and timely execution of payroll and salary accounting, as well as reporting and certification processes
  • Point of contact for managers and employees regarding all labor, social security, and taxrelated inquiries
  • Preparation of evaluations and statistics
  • Participation in the development and optimization of HR processes and new HR projects
  • Processing of all payrollrelated tasks in the context of entry, transfer, and exit processes
  • Preparation of employment contracts and maintenance of personnel files
  • Correspondence with health insurance companies, social security agencies, and authorities
  • Participation in operational HR processes

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of common payroll software (DATEV preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Discretion in handling personal data
  • Indepth knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law
