Job Description:


  • Performing minor maintenance and repair work in buildings
  • Maintenance of technical systems in various properties
  • Handyman tasks (e.g. small repairs, moving and cleaning, small transports)
  • Coordination and instruction of craftsmen and maintenance companies, as well as monitoring and acceptance of externally awarded maintenance work
  • Maintenance of monthly reporting, such as meter readings

Qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training in one of the trades HKLSE or equivalent qualification
  • Basic understanding of building technology and manual skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Driver's license class B (old: class 3)
