In our Private Client Services department in Freiburg, you will advise national and international family businesses, their shareholders, and their families, as well as wealthy individuals, family foundations, and family offices on complex challenges.

In doing so, you will take on a variety of tasks:


  • Arranging for business and asset succession, including the use of charitable foundations and family foundations
  • Structuring and restructuring of family businesses and assets
  • Handling complex (international) inheritance cases
  • Accompanying tax audits and conducting legal appeals procedures
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from the national and international EY network

What you bring - Skills to shape the future

  • Completed degree in law with aboveaverage German state exams (additional qualifications such as a doctorate or LL.M. are desirable)
  • Several years of professional experience in succession consulting
  • Existing or desired tax consulting exam
  • Strong understanding of economics
  • Team player with commitment, motivation, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
