We are looking for you to join our team as a

Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for Personnel Administration in full-time or part-time


The position is located in the Corporate Services unit, in the Personnel Services department, in the area of personnel administration.


You will support the personnel administration department in handling all administrative personnel-related measures - from creating employment contracts to managing employees and their departures.

Tasks that inspire

  • You will take care of creating and changing employmentrelated documents and act as a contact person for employees in your area of responsibility.
  • You will write references, issue official certificates (e.g. employment certificates) and prepare statistics.
  • You will process requests from departments for changes in compensation, while adhering to internal regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
  • You will maintain the digital personnel file, independently handle correspondence with employees and clients, and also take care of the termination of employment relationships (terminations, mutual agreements).
Qualifications that count

  • The basis of your success is a completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally a degree as a personnel clerk (m/f/d) (IHK).
  • You supplement your theoretical knowledge with several years of professional experience in the personnel field and experience in the service sector.
  • You also have good knowledge of collective bargaining, labor, social, and works constitution law, and are proficient in MS Office and SAP R/
