- Collaborate with EII researchers to manage and contribute to educational and social science research projects related to medical education, such as literature reviews, data collection, and report writing.
- Oversee the IRB application process for EII's research projects.
- Assist in developing research grant proposals pertaining to medical education.
- Coordinate EII conferences and educational programs.
- Participate in professional development sessions.
- Perform assigned duties as needed.

The Medical College of Georgia is renowned for its large class sizes, with 260 students per class. The Research Associate at the Educational Innovation Institute of MCG plays a crucial role in supporting the institute's vision and mission, aligning with MCG's academic objectives. The RA aids EII faculty in research activities, including creating and disseminating quality scholarship and providing training in medical education. This position is essential for the success of EII researchers and the institute as a whole.
Educational Requirements: Master's degree in a relevant field or Bachelor's degree with minimum experience
