    Position Summary:

    As the Operations Manager, you will oversee manufacturing operations at our client's facility, managing duties and activities across three shifts. This role requires approximately 70% of your time on the floor and 30% at your desk. The facility operates around the clock, running three shifts per day for five days a week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Improve financial performance and competitive positioning through continuous improvement of production processes.
    • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization.
    • Develop a manufacturing plan and production schedule to enhance profit and reduce overhead.
    • Establish quality and safety standards, tracking vendor or organizational performance.
    • Adjust employee schedules or staffing plans to optimize labor costs while meeting output expectations.
    • Ensure completion of all necessary documents accurately and promptly.
    • Adhere to 5S standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
    • Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
    • Perform other assigned duties as required.

    Experience and Education:

    • Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing concepts and principles.
    • Ability to lead and direct the work of others, with full authority for personnel decisions.
