    A convivial work environment Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Conducting thorough legal research to build strong cases and inform legal strategies.

    • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
    • Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and arguing cases effectively.
    • Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
    • Keeping clients informed of case progress, responding to inquiries, and managing client expectations.
    • Staying up-to-date on changes in personal injury law and asbestos regulations, and applying this knowledge to current cases

    Qualifications:
    1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

    • Admission to the state bar.
    • Proven experience in legal research, with a track record of using research to build strong cases.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
    • Strong negotiation skills, with a history of securing favorable settlements for clients.
    • A high degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
    • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
