    Financial Services Representative

    Are you passionate about assisting people? Join our team of Financial Services Representatives and focus on growth and career development. Support customers through inbound calls while preparing to be the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. Kickstart your career at Fidelity with paid training to obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized assistance, expert career guides, and recognition of your accomplishments, all while enhancing your skills and knowledge. During the onboarding period, you will assist Fidelity's customers over the phone, answering inquiries, managing account balances, and providing resources while also spending time working from home and one day per week in the Investor Center, with a transition to daily work in the Investor Center afterwards.

    What to expect...

    During your first year as a Financial Services Representative, you will receive guidance to navigate our top-notch training program, blending work from home and in an Investor Center.

    • Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses, with full support and payment from Fidelity. This includes study time, assistance from licensing coaches, personalized study plans, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is required.
    • Build and Solidify Skills: Develop and refine your skills by supporting customers both remotely and in person, progressively dealing with more complex inquiries and scenarios. You'll have dedicated time for skill development, networking, and further training before transitioning to work fully on-site in an Investor Center.
    • Discover Success: Enhance your confidence and expertise in customer service as you embark on the wealth management track, acquiring advanced skills for a successful planning career.

    Fidelity's working model blends remote work with in-person collaboration to cater to associate and business needs effectively. Most hybrid roles currently involve onsite work every business day of one assigned week per four-week period.
