    Marathon Staffing is seeking candidates for a Temporary, 1st Shift, Admin Assistant position available immediately in Lynchburg, VA

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Answer calls and phones.
    • Greet guests as they enter the building.
    • Types letters and put together employee correspondences.
    • Update call out reports daily.
    • Filing, scanning, copying of documents as needed.
    • Performs other duties as may be assigned by Manager.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • SAP knowledge is preferred.
    • Excel Experience required.
    • Must have excellent computer skills, high energy, driven, ambitious; with a willingness to learn and participate.
    • High School Diploma required.
    • 1 – 3 years in an administrative role is required.
    • Must pass Background Check and Drug Test

    Hours: Shift will generally run between at 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    Pay rate: $21.00/hr
