What Is Your Impact?
Specialists apply discipline-specific or institutional knowledge and skills in the performance of departmental activities which support the Company's operations. Specialists typically prepare for their role by earning a post-secondary degree in a specific field, obtaining certification, or by on-the-job training and work experience. The primary function of the role is applying specialized knowledge and skills as an exempt-level individual contributor.
The Key Responsibilities:
· Go-to-Market & Field Marketing Activities
o Work closely with Field Marketing & Local Market teams to handle manual check requests for marketing expenses, such as events, sponsorships, media, promotional items, etc. 2,000+ annual transactions.
o Track these expenses against budget and incremental approved funds.
o Verify vendors/suppliers are set-up in the financial system and, if not, provide information to Finance Supplier Management team to request the creation of a new supplier ID number.
· Budget Planning
o Support Sr. Manager & Marketing leaders with build of individual department cost center budgets.
o Assist Marketing leaders in gathering data to assess cost center allocations.
o Ensure data integrity when working with staff budget information.
· Ongoing Budget Analysis and Reporting
o Assist with ongoing tracking of Marketing expenses against plan, including incremental approved funded initiatives.
o Support Marketing department areas with looking up expense items in the financial system and compare to budget and assist with detailed monthly reports and monthly accruals.
o Assist with processing manual check requests for postage expense from the Marketing Print Production team 70+ annual transactions.
o Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects to support marketing initiatives, as needed.
· Vendor Financial Management
o Assist Marketing leaders with verification of agency/vendor purchase orders and invoices against budgets.
· Year-end Close
o Assist Marketing leaders to ensure receipt of all final invoices come from partner agencies and vendors are received within timing parameters.
o Track and analyze Marketing invoices with Corporate Payables transactions versus year-end accruals made.
What is REQUIRED:
· 4+ years related work experience to include budget planning, expense analysis and reporting, vendor financial management, year-end close, and general business support utilizing Microsoft Excel.
· Related bachelor's degree or related equivalent work experience

· Experience with PeopleSoft

Salary Information:
To support your financial wellbeing, we offer competitive pay as well as opportunities for incentive or commission compensation. We also conduct regular annual reviews with pay for performance considerations for base pay increases.
Typical Annualized ***Hiring Range***: $62,500 - $78,100
Annualized Salary Range: $62,500 - $101,500
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
