    Role Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Inclusion, Equity and Diversity Officer, The Regional Diversity , Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Strategy Leade r will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment across multiple business units for the Europe region . This role will play a vital role in influencing leaders to driv e cultural transformation while promot ing equit y and will work to seamlessly integrat e DEI principles across HR and the entire business, leading to tangible and transformative outcomes.

    Responsibilities :
    • Builds a regional DEI strateg ic approach for the implementation of policies, practices and procedures focused on fostering an inclusive work environment to increase employee satisfaction and engagement .
    • Leverages quantitative and qualitative analysis for equity within all aspects of the employee life cycle to understand key trends and provides direction and oversight to the execution of program and process improvements.
    • Collaborate with HR colleagues, Centers of Expertise, and local/regional leaders to embed Diversity and Inclusion practices and programs that have measurable impact .
    • Leverages knowledge of local /regional laws and regulations related to DEI and equal employment opportunities to e nsur e the company's policies and practices are compliant .
    • Acts as a collaborator and trusted advisor to our Employee Resource Groups, providing coaching, mentoring and support.
    • Develops and/or engages programmatic exercises and/or experiences to foster diversity and retention initiatives .
    • Acts as Company liaison with local/regional with key external stakeholders, government agencies , etc. concerning our efforts on DEI, the community, and ESG .
    Minimum Qualifications :
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline or equivalent knowledge or experience
    • Significant experience of increasing HR responsibility or DEI Consulting & Advisory (with emphasis on HR leadership/people strategies)
    • U nderstanding of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging principles, theories, and best practices
    • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
    • Ability to travel 15%+ time, both domestic and international

    Responsabilités :
    • Élabore une approche stratégique régionale de la DEI pour la mise en œuvre de politiques, de pratiques et de procédures axées sur la promotion d'un environnement de travail inclusif afin d'accroître la satisfaction et l'engagement des employés.
    • S'appuie sur des analyses quantitatives et qualitatives pour garantir l'équité dans tous les aspects du cycle de vie des employés afin de comprendre les principales tendances et fournit une orientation et une supervision pour l'exécution des améliorations des programmes et des processus.
    • Collaborez avec vos collègues des ressources humaines, les centres d'expertise et les dirigeants locaux/régionaux pour intégrer des pratiques et des programmes de diversité et d'inclusion ayant un impact mesurable.
    • Exploite la connaissance des lois et réglementations locales/régionales liées à la DEI et à l'égalité des chances en matière d'emploi pour garantir la conformité des politiques et pratiques de l'entreprise.
    • Agit en tant que collaborateur et conseiller de confiance auprès de nos groupes de ressources pour les employés, en fournissant du coaching, du mentorat et du soutien.
    • Développe et/ou met en œuvre des exercices et/ou des expériences programmatiques pour favoriser les initiatives de diversité et de rétention.
    • Agit en tant que liaison de l'entreprise avec les principales parties prenantes externes, les agences gouvernementales, etc. concernant nos efforts en matière de DEI, de communauté et d'ESG.
    Qualifications minimales :
    • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en ressources humaines ou dans une autre discipline connexe
    • Au moins cinq (5) ans de responsabilité accrue en matière de ressources humaines ou de DEI Consulting & Advisory (en mettant l'accent sur le leadership des ressources humaines et les stratégies en matière de ressources humaines)
    • Compréhension des principes, théories et meilleures pratiques en matière de diversité, d'inclusion, d'équité et d'appartenance
    • Posséder d'excellentes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication, ainsi que la capacité d'influencer et d'impliquer les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux
    • Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité d'utiliser les données pour éclairer la prise de décision
    • Capacité à voyager environ 15 % du temps, à la fois au pays et à l'étranger

The Director is focused on ensuring top and bottom-line growth targets are met for their Channel and that sales are maximized through strong partnerships with our HQ sales team, cross-functional team (including Supply Chain, Industrial, Finance, Marketing) and our sales broker teams. The role is expected to build a strong relationship with our designated Brand Champion at Costco and work closely with them and the commercial team to co-build our innovation pipeline and long-term rotation strategy. From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include:Lead Field Sales and Channel Strategy for the LUSY Branded and Private Label business at Costco US and BJ’s. Develop strategic plans to deliver targets, including rotational strategy, accrual management and development of long-term innovation pipeline. Partner with the Commercial Executive Team (including VP of Sales and CEO) on overall channel growth & profit targets, pricing, and trade investment. Collaborate cross-functionally, including Sales Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, and Supply Chain, to ensure that the Club channel sales strategies and priorities are clearly understood, aligned and integrated into the overall Commercial initiatives. Heightened focus on forecasting, customer service and capacity management.Partner with Costco International to ensure cohesive approach to managing Private Label volume commitments and Supply Chain communication.Promote and support the development of Direct Report(s), providing a culture of coaching and enabling meaningful growth opportunities.Review the financial results of Club channel and trade investment plans & ROI, comparing them with the stated objectives and acting appropriately to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.Key member of the LUSY Sales Leadership Team and Lactalis US Yogurt Sales Leadership team.
