- Define user segments and channel strategies, as well as develop plans for products and services.
- Establish multi-year transformation roadmaps and document initiatives into concise one-pagers for funding purposes.
- Oversee the implementation of transformation programs impacting various departments within the client's business.
- More than 10 years of experience in CX, product, or digital strategy fields.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
- Past consulting experience leading projects and forming trusted client relations.
- Skills in collaborating with diverse teams to align business goals with consumer needs.
- Proficiency in using customer experience models for transformation planning.
- Experience in customer research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
- Background in digital product development and ideation.
- Capability to collaborate with tech teams and understand app/website development processes.
- Effective communication of complex concepts to various stakeholders.
