Government Business Development Capture Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of responses to government solicitations, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Identify promising opportunities using resources like eBuy, GovTribe, and SAM.
- Conduct opportunity analysis, assessing solicitation size, scope, alignment with core competencies, and probability of win.
- Maintain accurate company profiles in relevant opportunity databases.
- Prepare and present business development pipeline updates and metrics to Executive Leadership.
- Foster collaboration through brainstorming sessions with Project Managers.
- Incorporate project management and Lean Six Sigma principles into daily activities.
- Gather data to inform strategic planning efforts and support proposal development.
- Manage all aspects of proposal development, ensuring compliance and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Capture Management, specifically in federal proposals and RFI responses.
- Proven success in winning highvalue federal contracts ($3M+).
- Strong knowledge of GSA Schedules, FAR, and DFARs.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Shipleylike business development and capture management processes.
- Strategic thinking ability to translate market insights into winning capture strategies.
Other Job Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Occasional travel may be required (anticipated less than 5% annually).

Salary:
$95k - $105k + Bonus + Commission
Location:
Hybrid - Remote Flexibility (Bethesda, MD: 20% - Remote 80%)
Pay:
$95, $105,000.00 per year
