- Lead product initiatives and development of strategic roadmap for data management solutions, ensuring alignment with future product requirements and innovation
- Collaborate with customers and key stakeholders to refine product features based on real-world application scenarios
- Build strong relationships with engineering teams and solutions architects to integrate innovative features, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), define precise acceptance criteria, and document new feature implementation
- Conduct market and competitive research, translating industry insights into compelling technology features to enhance the capabilities of our solutions
- Develop compelling positioning, messaging, presentations, and content that resonates with customers and differentiates our solution in the market
- Communicate technology strategy, roadmaps, plans, and priorities to internal/external stakeholders and partners
- Provide thought leadership in technical public forums such as industry conferences and field events
- Partner with marketing team on the management and execution of the product marketing strategy and marketing campaigns to drive customer adoption
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years experience, MS with 3 years experience
- Proven track record of managing definition, integration and successful delivery of new product technologies, from ideation through development, integration, and launch
- Experience with using Agile methodologies to manage product development and deployment
- Able to automate solutions using scripting languages like Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including visualization experience with Power BI or similar
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a high level of integrity and desire to work collaboratively in a 'start-up' environment - flexibility as the company and role scales
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Up to 25% domestic travel required
- Master's degree
- Three years of product management experience, preferably in data management field
