- Follow Board HR and IT confidentiality and standards as directed.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent IT software development life cycle experience, preferably coupled with a degree or experience in a Human Resources field of study.
- Experience with leading a Workday agile team and knowledge of Workday HCM.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and processes, preference of experience with ServiceNow Agile module and knowledge of HRSD.
- Strong analytical, research, and conceptual-thinking skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, navigating organizational culture with flexibility and applying best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Prepare for and participate in Sprint Review and Planning, collaborating with stakeholders and the team on story acceptance criteria.
- Manage cases/requests and stories using ServiceNow's HRSD and Agile modules.
- Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders and Center of Excellence leads as main customers.
- Create data visualizations to track team progress and challenges.
- Support creating roadmaps for backlog projects and other initiatives affecting the Workday system.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
