    Order Processing Coordinator Job in Boca Raton, FL

    Our client in the Boca Raton area is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator who has experience taking, creating, and processing orders for their team The idea candidate is someone who enjoys helping others, is a great critical thinker, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    This is a 100% on-site role and Monday-Friday.

    Responsibilities of the Order Processing Coordinator:

    · Process orders following various guidelines.

    · Partner with sales team for new and/or open order management.

    · Data entry regarding order from creation to receipt.

    · Keep customers as well as internal teams informed about progress by checking work order status.

    · Ad hoc. reporting.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

    · At least a year of work experience

    · Ability to prioritize and multitask.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Strong attention to detail

    · Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
