Description

As a Startup Coordinator (m/f/div), you are responsible for finding the best solution for a reliable and smooth commissioning of the systems in your area of responsibility.

You hold yourself and others to a high standard of quality, strive to solve problems sustainably, and work towards constant improvement and optimization of the capacity expansions and transfer projects under your care.

Your new tasks include, among others:

Supervising and coordinating external companies and trades in collaboration with facility management
Commissioning new systems
Actively collaborating with system manufacturers, system managers, and external companies
Identifying risks and difficulties early on and deriving suitable measures
Leading and participating in projects, such as production capacity expansions
Taking responsibility for system components and machine groups
Repairing machine groups and resolving system malfunctions

Your profile:

We are looking for an open-minded individual with a willingness to embrace new ideas and perspectives for the position of Startup Coordinator (m/f/div).

In addition to strong communication skills, you are able to quickly establish and maintain networks with suppliers, system managers in production, and other important partners within Infineon.

You strive to achieve the best possible results together with the team.

You meet the requirements successfully if you:

Have completed a university degree in engineering (ideally in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field)
Ideally have gained some experience in a manufacturing company
Possess good organizational, communication, and planning skills
