Dorint Parkhotel Siegen, we are looking for a:

(Deputy) Restaurant Manager 4-day week (m/f/d),
with the mindset of a leader and a heart full of joy.

We always want the best for our team, and this requires a lot of organization, coordination, and a big heart.

To ensure that nothing stands in the way of our special everyday life, we need your support. In addition to structuring the restaurant, you will be the team leader of the Dorint Parkhotel family in Siegen. You will be responsible for our service staff, including apprentices. You ensure smooth operations in the restaurant and set an example for your team.

From welcoming to saying goodbye to restaurant guests, providing first-class service is of the utmost importance, and this requires a lot of friendliness, patience, politeness, and a positive, constructive approach to people.
