ROLE PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to ensure that customers receive top-notch customer support and service plans for the equipment, systems, and subsystems they have purchased. The role will involve traveling to customers' premises to repair, install, service, and maintain aesthetic lasers, as well as providing technical phone support to customers. There will be a particular focus on strategic accounts, so exceptional customer service is expected.

This role will cover the NorthWest Germany region and may require occasional overnight stays.

Strategic Role Responsibilities

Empower customers to have confidence and competence in their understanding of technologies and their ability to safely and effectively maintain and operate their laser systems, subsystems, and sub-assemblies
Be especially attentive to the needs of key account customers
Stay up-to-date on new publications, product launches, and industry guidelines for service engineering to maintain our reputation as a market leader
Attend meetings with supervisors and colleagues to stay aligned with departmental strategy and performance
