Your tasks:

Operational management of dispatch with approximately 20 employees
Scheduling and management of professional drivers and vehicles
Point of contact for our customers and employees in daily business and building new customer relationships
Procurement and management of subcontractors
Creation and monitoring of important key figures
Observation and evaluation of market developments and competition activities

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable training, as well as several years of professional experience, or alternatively a completed university degree
Relevant professional experience in dispatch in local and long-distance transport as well as in the transport and logistics industry, ideally with management responsibility
Problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
Structured way of working and teamwork
Comprehensive IT skills
