    Job Title: Quality Manager at VetPowered

    As the Quality Manager, you will take charge of ensuring that products meet quality standards before reaching customers. You will conduct inspections of manufactured products, maintain documentation, and continually seek ways to enhance quality and safety throughout the organization.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Establish and implement Quality Management procedures.
    • Ensure proper documentation and calibration of QA equipment.
    • Conduct inspections and identify rejected parts.
    • Perform quality assessments and reject substandard products.
    • Prepare final products for shipment.
    • Assist with inventory management and control processes.
    • Create and operate CAD programs for projects.
    • Operate specialized equipment like Amada fiber laser cutter and Waterjet.

    Education/Experience:

    • Proficient in inspection tools and FAIRs per AS9102.
    • Experience with CMM operation and programming.
    • 3-4 years in a QA/QC role.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Experience with CMM Operation and Programming.

    Position Details: This is a full-time hourly position in California with a pay range of $36.00-$40.00 per hour. Comprehensive benefits are available after 30 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401k program with employer match.     Dress code: VetPowered provides a uniform and laundry service.

    Physical Requirements: The employee must meet physical demands, including the ability to stand, sit, walk, and lift weights. Environmental hazards may be present.
