    Equitable Advisors is a respected player in the financial services and insurance sector, dedicated to aiding individuals in crafting prosperous futures based on our stability, cutting-edge solutions, and unwavering commitment to our clients. Currently, Equitable Advisors is actively looking to bring on board a new talent for the Retirement Benefits Group (RBG) Financial Professional role.

    Professionals serving public schools, universities, hospitals, non-profits, and municipal governments can secure their retirement through 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity (TSA) and 457(b) employee-deferred compensation (EDC) plans. Acknowledging the advantages of these plans and the unique needs of this sector, we established the Retirement Benefits Group (RBG).

    As an RBG Financial Professional, you will have access to a designated market to aid you in prospecting and advancing in your career. Your main focus will be offering financial products and services, along with education to those who contribute to and support our communities, such as:

    • Teachers
    • School administrators
    • Municipality employees

    Requirements

    Equitable Advisors' Financial Professional Qualifications

    With a diverse range of accomplished financial professionals, prior educational background and professional experience do not necessarily predicate success. Success stories include recent college graduates, individuals transitioning into new career paths, and those already in financial services seeking a more inclusive platform. We also seek out and cultivate individuals from various backgrounds, building upon our rich history and commitment to fostering diverse talent and cultivating an inclusive work environment.

    • A four-year college degree is preferred but not mandatory
    • Attainment of state life and health licenses, SIE, FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams required (additional designations a plus)
    • Driven by results, highly motivated, self-initiating, possessing integrity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for aiding others in planning for and safeguarding their financial futures
    • Team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, high self-assurance
    • Capable of leveraging past and present connections and experiences to develop markets and maintain lasting relationships
