    POSITION TITLE: Systems Administrator
    CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    ADB is seeking a Systems Administrator to serve as an advanced support technician for all IT endpoint support issues across the company. The administrator will collaborate amongst team members and form relationships with customers to create and maintain an exceptional customer service experience. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, innovative, metrics and goal driven, with a strong work ethic and an ALL IN attitude.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide advanced technical assistance and support related to computer / laptop systems, peripheral hardware, and all other supported corporate software platforms
    • Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate, and troubleshoot problems while determining and implementing appropriate solutions
    • Apply expertise in the installation, configuration, operations, and maintenance of both Microsoft Windows for Microsoft Exchange/O365 administration including mailbox and calendar creation for all users
    • Assist in the configuration, management, and maintenance of ADB's IT Service Management ticketing and database system
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve incidents or determine when escalation of a support issue is necessary
    • Actively participate in security efforts and remediate endpoints and user accounts that may have been compromised escalating incidents as required.
    • Complete other projects and duties as requested

    • Knowledge of service desk ticketing software processes (Fresh Desk)
    • Intermediate knowledge of networking, computer hardware, identity management software and clout computing required
    • In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365
    • Ability to support with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software preferred
    • Knowledge with video conferencing hardware and software preferred

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Corporate headquarters is located at 18777 US Hwy 66 Pacific MO 63069
    • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and smartphones

    EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

    • 1+ year of internal IT Help Desk Support experience required
    • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in a relevant Information Systems coursework preferred
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required

    This position offers annual salary of up to $60,000.00 based on experience.
