- Own Gateway's Azure Active directory and user maintenance process (creating, updating, terminating, etc.).
- Manage Gateway's mobile device program, process, and vendors.
- Execute tasks associated with internal applications like Office365, Exchange, Entra, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop solutions to IT needs.
- Assist in the monitoring and resolution of alerts and tickets.
- Assist in networking and security projects as assigned.
- Maintain premise access credentialing process and security.
- Ensure a cohesive ecosystem exists for in-office and remote Gatewayers.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field / equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in IT operations.
- Experience with adherence to documentation policies.
- Understanding of Remote Monitoring and Management systems.
- Robust and proven knowledge of computer systems, security, network administration, databases and data storage systems, and IP Phone systems.
- Ability to think critically and make effective decisions.
- Current knowledge of IT infrastructure operations and best practices.
- Microsoft cloud environment administration including Entra ID, Exchange, Sharepoint, Intune, and Security Center.
- Microsoft Azure Virtual Machine, Network, and Storage Administration.
- Active Directory Management.
- Windows Server Administration.
- Linux Server Administration (SUSE, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- VMWare ESXi/vCenter Administration.
- Network Services Administration (DNS, DHCP, NTP, RADIUS, SNMP).
