Your main responsibilities:


  • Receiving and resolving errors/issues via phone or email (1st/2nd level support)
  • Creating documentation in the ticket system and forwarding it to the relevant department
  • Troubleshooting according to SLA
  • Support in a modern telecommunications and video system landscape with CISCO
  • Monitoring, controlling, and documenting in MS Office and FNT
  • Backup security
  • Patchwork of systems

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed education in an IT-related field, e.g. IT specialist
  • At least two years of professional experience in similar roles
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Experience with WIN 7/10, common MS Office applications
  • Driver's license class B due to oncall duty
  • Certification in the Microsoft environment or similar
  • Team player, communicative,
