Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a System Administrator for Secure Client Management at our locations in Bonn or Berlin.

Your responsibilities
Configuration of complex end devices with a high level of protection
Planning and further development of automations in the staging process
Commissioning, maintenance, care and dismantling of Secure Client devices in customer environments
Supporting customers with troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
Documenting work steps in ITSM tools
Conducting trainings and workshops for customers on site
Your profile
Successfully completed training as an IT system electronics technician, IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in client management, client support, device management or similar
Broad IT knowledge in the areas of hardware, software, networks and operating systems, as well as basic knowledge of server environments
Strong customer and service orientation, communication skills in internal and external contacts, independent, analytical and solution-oriented work style, as well as team spirit
Class B driver's license.
