Who are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Technician, Service Advisor or Dispatcher
CDK experience
Toyota experience is a big plus
Ability to communicate with techs, advisors, managers.
Team player
Process-oriented.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

What will you be doing?

The Dispatcher plans and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs.

Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership policy
Assign work to the correct technician level.
Review hard copies turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been completed properly.
Ensure technicians complete the multi-point vehicle inspection forms.
Complete a dispatch log daily and turn into Service Management at the end of shift.
Maintain a record of carryover vehicles.
Spot-check repairs to assure quality and timely completion.
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHA right-to-know, etc.

The expected pay range for this position is ($15.50 to $ Hourly/Salary).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
