Customer Service Representative
We are Plumbing Heating and Cooling company that services both residential and commercial jobs. Our services include new construction, repairs, replacement, and service contracts. We have been in business over 20 years. We are fully licensed and insured in the State of New York.

We are looking for a motivated individual looking to get hands on experience in an entrepreneurial and growing company. You can learn first-hand what a customer wants and how to help us meet and exceed their expectations. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the initial contact between the company and our customers.


The duties are listed below:

Open and close office, unforward phones, check messages

Handle customer issues and provide appropriate solutions and responses to ensure resolution

Place purchase orders for supplies
:

Correctly Input all customer data into a service specific software system
:

Work with the Scheduling / Dispatch department to ensure proper customer communication, follow up and customer experience
:

When there is down time, solicit for business, outbound calls, mailing and other marketing tasks.

Working knowledge of the Plumbing and Heating business:

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Supplies and parts ordering
:

Excellent communication and presentation skills:

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively:

4-year High School degree

• College preferred

Required language(s):
English

Spanish (preferred)


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 4 years (required)
