Your training:


As a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) at Ridgewood, your tasks include operating and converting our production and packaging systems.

In addition to learning about the functionality of our machines and systems, you will also become familiar with various control techniques and the entire production process, from the delivery of raw materials to the packaged end product.


In accordance with regulations regarding occupational safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection, you are also responsible for continuously monitoring production processes.

  • Duration of training: 2 years
  • Work environment: Production
  • Travel: No business trips
  • Training location: Luebeck, Falkenhagen (Brandenburg), Ueberherrn (Saarland)

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary school diploma / ESA
  • Interest in technical devices, machines, and systems

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
