For one of our clients, a company located in Braunschweig, we are currently seeking a full-time Creditors and Debtors Accountant (m/f/d) to join their team. The position requires 35 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the creditors and debtors accounting processes
  • Recording transactions in the fixed asset accounting system
  • Preparing monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements
  • Preparing and correcting tax returns
  • Processing VAT returns and payment notifications (Z4, Z5, etc.)

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Thorough knowledge of tax law
  • Fluent in German (minimum negotiation level)
  • Highly motivated to work in an international and intercultural company
