  • Coordination, management and direction of the processes in the living area
  • Creation of comprehensive duty schedules, taking into account the needs of the residents as well as the qualifications and suitability of your colleagues
  • Ensuring staff deployment, compensation for (illness-related or other) absences
  • Taking responsibility for the proper handling of restrictive and deprivation measures
  • Implementing the care concept and, if necessary, the living group concept of the DOREAFAMILY
*What you bring with you
  • Completion of training as a nurse or health care professional, as a pediatric nurse or under the Nursing Act, or as a geriatric nurse
  • Several years of practical work experience in the past years in the learned nursing profession. This work experience should have been acquired in the scope of a social security employment.
  • If possible, proof of a management-related further education as a living area manager according to § 71
