THESE CHALLENGES ARE WAITING FOR YOU:
Plan, describe and develop work sequences, work processes, logistics and production processes as well as operating resources, taking into account known production methods and time data Determine the type and number of required operating resources/workstations and initiate planning and procurement using Lean Production methods Prepare capacity plans for operating resources, machines and workstations Check existing production and process flows for improvement potential and develop proposals for optimization Creation and maintenance of time catalogs as a basis for calculations Creation and maintenance of work plans, production layouts and assembly sheets


HOW YOU INSPIRE US:
Completed degree (Bachelor) in the field of industrial engineering, with a focus on production technology, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar Alternatively, successfully completed vocational training and further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d), REFA technician (m/f/d) with many years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field Good knowledge and practical experience in various production methods Good MS Office and SAP knowledge Good German and English skills, both written and spoken Occasional international travel readiness HYDAC - founded as a two-man company, we now have over 50 branches and employees worldwide and are one of the
