  • Proactive asset management in all relevant usage types, including responsible maintenance of tenant relationships and development and implementation of asset strategies, repositioning, revitalization, and leasing, etc.
  • Management and coordination of commercial and technical interfaces in new construction, densification, and modernization projects
  • Participation in the preparation and monitoring of business plans and budgets, as well as monitoring and management of property performance
  • Monitoring of proper recording of business transactions - interface to property accounting and property management
  • Support in investment recommendations, accompanying transactions, and due diligence processes
  • Negotiation of contracts (especially rental and service contracts, etc.)
  • Management and control of property management (internal and external) as well as external service providers
  • Independent coordination in the areas of law, taxes, and accounting
  • Ensuring complete documentation of our properties
