Extensive opportunities for growth with an expanding company Flexible PTO Innovative leadership team with lots of opportunities to grow Job Details Direct the community's advertising, sales activities, and on-site traffic monitoring, the day-to-day marketing, sales, and leasing. Evaluate the market and competitor conditions to implement short and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy and implement creative strategies to boost traffic and leases Promote the community and communicate with potential prospects by developing print and internet advertising strategies Work along with the community's management team to ensure the physical aspects of the community meet the standards of the company for overall appearance and safety. Create and foster programs to enhance the salability of the apartments and community to prospective applicants Review and provide analysis for financial and shop reports, traffic and closing ratios, and other operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance and develop presentations about marketing and leasing strategies and results to clients, owners, and other business managers Promptly respond to community prospective applicants and resident's questions.
What You Bring to The Team:
Minimum three (3) years in the senior housing leasing and marketing industry (industry experience in a MUST) Excellent writing and communication skills Proven track record of success in driving sales, increasing occupancy rates, and exceeding revenue goals Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, CRM systems, and sales automation tools Customer-focused mindset with a passion for serving the needs of active adult communities and enhancing the resident experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegial institution (OPTIONAL, NOT MANDATORY) Interested in hearing more?
