Your tasks:

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of subordinate employees
  • Coordination, creation and management of daily/weekly planning
  • Ensuring timely completion of logistics tasks, such as receiving raw materials or hazardous substances, filling activities in tank trucks
  • Organization, monitoring and execution of waste disposal
  • Review, update and creation of risk assessments, work instructions and checklists
  • Participation in vulnerability analysis and optimization of processes and workflows
  • Continuous development and training of employees through targeted development measures
  • If necessary, professional representation of the production manager or foreman in the department

Your profile:

  • Completed education in chemistry with further training as an industrial master in the field of chemistry
  • Several years of leadership experience in a production-related environment
  • Good knowledge of dangerous goods regulations and ADR regulations
  • Proficient in SAP-HANA and MS Office
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Assertiveness, organizational skills and structured work approach
  • Team spirit, independence and high sense of responsibility
