    Job Description Salary:
    $55,000-110,000

    Summary

    Primarily responsible for the architectural planning, design, and oversight of various construction projects, ensuring collaboration and adherence to plan specifications for successful project completion.

    Minimum Qualifications
    Education – Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related area; Master's degree preferred.

    • 5 years of experience in architectural design, engineering, or similar role.
    Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license is preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    Good understanding of architectural principles and techniques.
    Knowledge of construction related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.
    Proficiency in architectural software and tools.
    Microsoft office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel).
    Effective communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

    Essential Functions
    Develop and finalize architectural designs and plans for various projects.
    Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations.
    Coordinate with construction professionals and other engineers to implement designs.
    Conduct site visits to oversee and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
    Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
    Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
    Perform other duties as assigned.
