Franklin Planning Engineer / Specialist for Building Automation (Human*)

We plan and implement building services holistically, CO2-neutral and future-oriented.

We provide comprehensive consulting and planning services, tender projects and carry out projects - all in collaboration with our colleagues from production, logistics, architecture and IT.

We not only support our clients during the implementation phase, but also address the complex issue of defect rectification to ensure fully functional buildings are delivered.


You will independently work on and manage planning projects in all phases of the HOAI as well as international approaches such as feasibility, concept design, basic design and detail design.

You will participate in construction and planning meetings with all project stakeholders and manage the interfaces to building services, cleanroom technology and other supply and disposal units.

Your responsibilities also include supporting the development of GA standards and qualities within the team, taking into account general planner competence and other building services areas.

You will also be responsible for implementing planning in tenders, cost estimates and participating in the procurement process.
