- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or business or equivalent work experience.
- At least eight years' accounting experience required.
- At least three years' supervisory experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of GAAPs, journal entries, and proficiency with accounting software and ERP Systems.
- Prepare Profit & Loss Statement, and Income Statements.
- Experienced with General Ledger entries, Journal Entries, Trends, Variance Analysis, Balance Sheets, Asset Management, month-end and year-end reporting.
- Experienced with filing corporate taxes – Federal, State, Property, Sales and Payroll.
- Detail oriented, highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules and changing deadlines and priorities.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and accuracy skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to work in an upbeat fast-paced environment.
- Candidates will be required to complete background and drug screenings prior to hire.
