The family business, now in its 3rd generation, with locations in Breitengüßbach, Zapfendorf and Vienna (AT), specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality roasted coffee products. They supply European and international food retailers with products such as whole beans, filter coffee, coffee pads and coffee capsules. The quality products are marketed under the brands MINGES, FEINKOST KÄFER Munich and ALVORADA Vienna.

We want to grow and are looking for:

MACHINE OPERATORS AND PLANT OPERATORS (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Setting up and operating modern packaging machines
  • Monitoring production facilities / production lines
  • Conversion and product changes
  • Machine / department-specific maintenance and repair activities
  • Organization of plant personnel
  • Ensuring daily production / quantity targets
  • Compliance / control of all QM / QS guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed training as a machine and plant operator or equivalent
  • Professional experience in production / manufacturing
  • Committed and self-organized team player
  • Reliability and independent action are among your strengths
  • Willingness to work in shifts
