We are currently seeking a
Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our client in the retail industry in Santa Monica, CA. This is a full-time position with the possibility of long-term employment and potential for permanent placement.

Your Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for customer service via phone, email, and online channels
  • You will independently handle order tracking and monitoring of delivery dates
  • Processing of quotes, orders, and complaints will also be part of your tasks
  • You will be in charge of maintaining salesrelated customer and material data

Your Profile:


  • Ideally, you have a commercial or electrical engineering background or relevant work experience
  • You are selfmotivated and goaloriented
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems is
